How long can I receive my products?
Around 14 working days.
Pre-order or Ready Stock?
Currently our products are all pre-order. We bring in only what you want.
Can I exchange the products I order?
Yes, only if we have not placed the orders. No, if the orders are already made. You may contact us to confirm with us whether the orders are made or not.
Do we provide international delivery?
Yes. However, postage is excluded.
Is postage included in the price stated?
Prices are exclusive of shipping. The shipping fee is based on the weight of the products you ordered.
How to place an order?
Add everything to cart and inform us through Whatsapp/Wechat/Email/Insta DM/Facebook PM. You can screenshot the items you want and send to us as well.
